2 drawings from a live caricature event for the University of Georgia. Each took 5 minutes. I used a Dixon Markette marker and a black prismacolor art stix color stick.

POST # 200: Thanks for looking at my stupid drawings and semi-regular displays of narcissism:)
I reward you with a funny L.S.D. propaganda film from the 1970's

#197: Sketchbook
two dudes I drew at Dr. Sketchy's figure drawing while they weren't looking. I think drawing someone that isn't paying attention is the best way to see their real likeness. The guy up top is Dave Cook, He's pretty good, check out his website http://www.idrawmonsters.com/, the guy below is a firespinner named Tim mack.

#195 Jertography: New york
these are some Jertography photo collages created from a visit to New York in spring 2007
My wife is setting up an Etsy.com account to sell high quality prints of my jertography photo collages and travel photography. I'll announce on my blog and post a link when her Etsy store is open. In the meantime if you are interested in buying a print of anything on my blog, either photography or artwork please don't hesitate to contact me at mrjert@gmail.com to inquire for pricing.

You never know when you might end up on the youtube
I was snooping around youtube looking for videos of an old favorite band of mine called Nashville Pussy, when lo and behold there appears a video of a show at the High-Pointe in St.Louis in 1998. I hit play and BAM there I am, 20 years old rocking out akwardly and arythmically right in front by the stage. Yep, I'm the big convulsing goon in the sideburns. It's funny...... I really have no perspective on how big and tall I really am until I see myself on video. This clip proves that my memory of these amazing shows was correct. Nashville pussy rocked balls!!! Thanks for posting this to you tube whoever you are! At 8:46 the bass player blows fire balls into the crowd.

BERNIE MADOFF
This no good, sorry son of a bitch ran the largest "Ponzi" scheme in the history of the world. 50 BILLION american dollars stolen from investors, charities and not for profit organizations. Yet another relic from the Bush political era of closed doors, secret wars, thievery and lies. Here's to hoping this country club, lilly white, hackjob, cogsucker goes to jail for the rest of his life and gets mouth-raped every night.
